We charge 
£4.99 per week for each set of glasses supplied
Plus
A flat fee per week for the system, to include delivery and pickup etc - £372.12 per week.
We offer discounts on this fee, (subject to terms – see “payment” in our terms and conditions) effectively halving it every week fro the first three weeks
Week 1 - £372.12
Week 2 - £186.06
Week 3 and subsequent weeks - £93.03
This weekly charge is levied on a sliding scale and can be negotiated depending on the size of the exhibitor and the volume of business we are doing together.
Headset insurance – optional - £0.55p per set of glasses per week, covering loss or damage to up to 5% of the glasses you hold on site.
Losses or damaged glasses, for every loss (if insurance of not taken) or over the 2% threshold (with insurance) will be charged at the current glasses rate, £25 per unit
